The resale property market moves quickly in Spain, sometimes too quickly for us to obtain photo's & plans and place them on our website. However, these will be made available to you in Spain when you take and inspection tour with us.
Generally the property is available immediately, this is great if you wish to rent your home when you are not using it as you can start getting an income almost straight away, unlike new property where you may have to wait 12-15 months build time.
However, just as in the UK, you must have funds available to complete your purchase - possibly within 30 days. Property below 70,000 gbp or 100,000 euros could be in poor state of repair.
