The viewing trips are designed to cater for the serious buyer and not people who are considering purchasing sometime in the future. We do ask that should you see a property that you like, you are in a position to buy.
Our viewing trips are definitely not group tours, they are comprehensive, personal and individual, and something every serious potential client will appreciate. You will not be herded around with other clients with different needs and objectives.
All payments for flights must be made directly by the passenger(s) to the airline. However, we will use our knowledge of flight availability to help you make the best possible booking.
During your visit you will be staying at one of our approved 4 star hotels. The cost of your hotel accommodation (B&B) basis, based on two adults sharing a room for two nights will be paid for by Pocomed Properties, as will meals and refreshments when accompanied by a member of Pocomed Properties. We would normally advise a three day, two night trip. If you wish to stay longer we will negotiate special rates with the hotel on your behalf.
You will be met at the airport by Carol and she will be your personal escort during your stay with us. All our staff is English speaking and residents in Spain.
We will show you the many amenities and facilities available in the area including a personal tour of the Costa Calida and Costa Almeria in an air conditioned car with plenty of time to absorb the local atmosphere.
Perhaps the most important benefit is the assistance from Carol and Tony on a one-to-one basis for the duration of your visit. The sort of assistance and advice that has saved many, many buyers from making very costly mistakes, and yet costs you nothing extra as we provide it free of charge.
We are not tied to any developers and we will not waste your time showing you homes that do not fit your requirements. However, you will see a selection of homes within your price range.
There is no hard sell. We guarantee that you will not placed under any pressure to make a decision. We let the properties and the area sell themselves.
Once you have made your decision we will recommend to you to an English speaking lawyer specialising in conveyancing in the area. Alternatively, of course you can use a lawyer of your own choice. However, remember that if you use a lawyer from the UK he would still have to use a Spanish lawyer resulting in two sets of legal bills. All communications from your Spanish lawyer will be in English language.
During your viewing trip, if you wish we will introduce you to a highly reputable bank and assist you in opening an account.
Our viewing trips are intended for people who are seriously considering purchasing a property in Spain. All we ask is that you take with you, your cheque book or credit card with sufficient funds to cover a deposit should you find your ideal home. Normally a deposit of 3,000 euros (approximately 2,000 gbp) will secure your property at the negotiated price and remove it from the market.
Above anything else, we recognise that a product is only as good as the back-up service it provides. We guarantee individual attention at all times, plus we will help with bank accounts, mortgages, currency transfers, legal advice, furnishing, removals and storage, electricity, water, gas and telephone connections, property management and rentals (if required).
